The objectives of the Transylvanian Mechanical Engineering Cluster are multiple, for example participation and / or initiation of innovative projects, supporting ”innovators”; common participation in national and international forums etc. Transylvanian Mechanical Engineering Cluster was founded in 2015 and at the moment has 34 members consisting of 18 romanian manufacturing companies, 4 non-governamental organizations, 4 public institutions, 2 R&D center, 3 professional schools and 3 chambers of commerce & industry. TME Cluster main aim in 2018 is to promote among SME’s the concept, purpose and advantages of joining a cluster in this region.
